خدمة رائعة
فندق ذو قيمة جيدة للمال، مبنى لطيف.
كانت تجربة جيدة جدا، الغرف لطيفة ونظيفة (على الرغم على الجانب الصغير) على الحمام جيد.
كان موظف الاستقبال، والتهذيب والقدرة على المساعدة، يمكن أن تقدم توصيات. . .

فندق جميل
وجدت فريق عمل الفندق ودود ومتعاون للغاية، الغرفة كانت جميلة، قيمة جيدة للغاية. . . كان هناك حتى تجهيزات لصنع الشاي والقهوة! كانت نظيفة ومريحة للغاية المبنى الذي كان مقر شركة التأمين كبيرة في مطلع القرن لا يزال الأصلية

مسافر برفقة العائلة

سانت الإفطار تفتقر
وصلنا في الساعة 7:00 مساءً يوم السبت بعد رحلة طويلة. بعد الصراع أولاً، ابحث عن الفندق (الكثير من أحد الطرق)، ثانيا عند دخولك إلى موقف السيارات (على بعد دقائق معدودة فى انتظارك شخص لفتح البوابة إلى موقف السيارات تحت الأرض) وصلنا عند القيام بإجراءات الدخول.
كان هذا كل جيداً ولكن وجدنا أن المطعم كان مغلقاً في أيام السبت. بعد يوم طويل القيادة مجموعتنا لم نكن نريد أي شيء آخر من تناول الطعام و يهجعون توجيهنا إلى بعض المطاعم 5 دقائق سيراً على الأقدام. في أي يوم آخر لا مشكلة ولكن فى هذا اليوم وهو قدم تذمرات بسبب التكييف الذي صار يعمل الآن بلا.
صباح اليوم التالي بعد نوم جيد ذهبنا إلى تناول وجبة الإفطار في الساعة 8:00 صباحاً. يبدو أن هناك فقط العاملين. الطاولات لم يتم مسح جديد إلى هذا نفسها. لم تكن هناك أطباق أو أدوات المائدة. بينما كنا هناك هناك (30 دقيقة) لم يكن هناك أي شيء في وجبة الإفطار المطبوخة مجموعة مختارة. لا يوجد إعادة ملء ثلاجتنا بالماء بصفة دائمة. حتى نوعا ما من على خلاف ذلك الفندق الساحر

We are deeply sorry you did not enjoy your stay with us. Please know that our restaurant is closed between Friday and Sunday included, wich is stated on all the websites you can book on. We can do plancha if you do not want to go out. We are deeply sorry for the problem with the breakfast that day, we had someone not coming wich did not help our staff.

A shadow of what this hotel could be.
A beautiful 'belle epoque' hotel sadly let down by its bedrooms and a strangely industrial restaurant. My room was old, lacking amenities (power sockets, safety accessories such as a non slip mat for the shower, only one chair in a double room and no desk light) and was in need of serious renovation. The lift did not operate correctly from our floor (apparently due to a missing part!). The restaurant named 'Shalimar' I assume after the 16th Century Shalamar Gardens in Lahore, renowned for their beauty, is a dark and depressing place with a steam punk industrial theme - so a bit of a mismatch there - however the food served was good. This beautiful 'grande dame' of a hotel deserves better and is certainly ready for a thoughtful refurbishment.

Very average Mercure Hotel
Really tired hotel and not really what I’d expect of the Mercure brand. Everything about the Hotel was run down. Very few staff were available on our visit and bar was closed early when we fancied a night cap. Such a shame but much better options in Le Mans.
