Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the property prior to arrival. If guests don't receive the agreement on time, they should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. It's not possible to stay at this property for coronavirus (COVID-19) quarantine purposes. It's possible to extend your stay at this property at no extra cost for coronavirus (COVID-19) quarantine purposes, with a maximum limit of 10 extra days. Please note that the property doesn't offer extra beds. Please note that this property does not offer hot water. Guests may experience disturbance from loud music from February 28th, 2025, to March 4th, 2025.

For stays on or after January 1, 2023, residents of Colombia and non-residents staying 60 consecutive days or more will be charged a 19% national sales tax by the property at the time of stay. Travelers on a tourist visa will not be required to pay this tax. The tax may be charged where a room is shared by a taxable and a non-taxable guest.
