Please note that children up to 3 years old stay free of charge. Children from 4 to 9 years old have a 25.000 COP charge per day. Please note Sauna - Hot tub and Turkish Bath is not available on weekdays (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday). Please note that the property accepts only credit cards as payment methods. Diners Club and American Express are not accepted.

For stays on or after January 1, 2023, residents of Colombia and non-residents staying 60 consecutive days or more will be charged a 19% national sales tax by the property at the time of stay. Travelers on a tourist visa will not be required to pay this tax. The tax may be charged where a room is shared by a taxable and a non-taxable guest.
