The Yitel Premier Wujiaochang is a very local hotel. The staff do not seem to understand English and I did not see any non-Chinese guests there during my one week stay. The hotel occupies a few floors within a commercial building, so lifts can get crowded during office peak hours. The interior is dated, and facilities are old. The TV in my room couldn't work, and the flush got stuck. To be fair though, the staff did arrive promptly to help fix things. Also, beds are firm, the shower is decent and breakfast is acceptable. In a nutshell, the premier part applies only to the location. It is value for money but only if you want to stay near Wujiaochang.

In response to your concerns and inconveniences, we respect and accept your criticism. We promise to carry out a thorough inspection of all facilities, fix TV faults and improve flushing equipment. For the problem of elevator congestion during peak office hours, we will take measures, such as increasing operating hours or optimizing elevator usage policies, to improve customer experience. Regarding communication issues, we will further improve our employees' English service ability to ensure that all guests can get the help they need. We apologize for the obsolescence of the rooms and will initiate an upgrade program to enhance the overall interior environment. We have noticed that despite the limited environment, your bed is reasonably comfortable, the shower experience is relatively satisfactory, and the breakfast is considered acceptable. Regarding the value of the location, we appreciate your recognition of the location around Wujiaochang. We regularly collect customer opinions as a direction for improvement to ensure that every guest enjoys a home-away experience. Once again, thank you for your patience and understanding, and please trust that we will work hard to improve and make your next stay even better.

Location is perfect as it is only 200m walk from metro station. Surrounded by many shops and restaurants where one can choose different types of cuisine.
Hotel reception is located at 6th floor and access to all floors require access card to open the glass sliding door at each floor before your room, so that is double safety.
However, they only have two old washing machines and of which only one with dryer function. About time the hotel seriously consider replacing the two old machines with new one.
