Dear guest, hello! Sorry for the bad experience you had during your stay. After you checked in, the hotel reported that there was an air-conditioning problem, and the hotel changed rooms for you. The next day, the engineering staff checked that there was no problem (some guests did not choose heating mode), which was caused by improper operation. In the early morning of the next day, your friend went to the front desk and said that he needed to get the leftover items, but he didn’t come out. As a result, your friend was still sleeping in the room when the room was checked the next day, so you actually used 2 rooms and only paid 1 room fee! The hotel needs to charge an additional room rate according to regulations, but you did not agree and left the hotel quietly. Next, we will strengthen the training of room attendants, and at the same time give guests a warm reminder of the use of air conditioners, and strive to serve every guest well and make your travel more enjoyable!
