Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform Best Western North Bay Hotel & Conference Centre of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. A damage deposit of CAD 300 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that the property provides snowmobile parking during the winter season. Debit cards or prepaid credit cards are not accepted to guarantee a reservation. As of September 22, 2021, guests will need to be fully vaccinated (two doses plus 14 days) and provide their proof of vaccination along with government issued ID to access certain public settings and facilities. What does that mean for our guests? Proof of vaccination will be required when: • Dining at Farina Ristorante or Fab Lounge • Using our indoor pool and fitness center • Attending meetings or events in our banquet rooms Please be prepared and have proof of two doses of the vaccination plus 14 days and photo ID.
