Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform The Cedars Inn Hotel & Convention Centre of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of CAD 100 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Guests must send a request prior to arrival to get the property's approval on whether a pet-friendly room is available. When traveling with pets, please note that an extra charge of CAD 35 per pet, per stay applies. Please note that a maximum of 2 pets is allowed.
