فريق عمل رائع
وقد ساعد فريق العمل الودود للغاية في فندق 11 ابنتي العتيقة البالغة من العمر 18 عامًا على الشعور بالأمان والدعم عندما كانت تعانق في فترة غير متوقعة من توقف السفر ليلاً في مدينة كالغاري. وبفضل فندق "هوتل 11" (Hotel 11)، حظيت براحة رائعة، وتم تجديد نشاطها تمامًا واستعدادها للتعامل مع الطريق الأخير في رحلتها. شكرًا جزيلاً لك على اهتمام طفلي!

هذه أول تجربة سيئة للغاية في حياتي! ! ولا يهتم الفندق فئة أربع نجوم حتى بسلامة النزلاء. ويتميز إطلالة رائعة على إطلالة مبهرة على السرير، وهو ما يؤلم ركبتي مرتين. هل يمكنك تخيل مدى خطورة الإصابة بأطفالنا بسبب ذلك؟ علاوة على ذلك، يتمتع موظفو مكتب الاستقبال الخاص بهم ومدير المساعدين المعروفين بتصرف سيئ وغير مسؤولي. لن أحجز هنا مجددًا! ! !

Our team is known for being professional and responsive, and it’s unusual to hear otherwise. Additionally, we were unable to find a reservation under your name, which limits our ability to look into the situation further. If you have more details to share, we’d be glad to review them.

لا تساعدك

Your reservation was made on March 17 for a stay on April 8, not September 8. We understand that mistakes can happen, and we're always willing to help when we’re made aware of them in time. As it turns out, we were only informed of the error just before midnight on April 8, well past cancellation policy.
We empathize with your situation, but our policies are in place to ensure fairness to all guests and to our small team. The booking was held for you the entire day, preventing us from offering the room to someone else.
We always strive to treat our guests with respect and honesty, and we’re sorry you felt otherwise. We wish you the best in your future travels.

إذا كنت تتطلع إلى الاسترخاء والاستمتاع بنوم هانئ ليلاً قبل الاستمتاع برحلة طيران أو بعد الهبوط، فلن تجد أفضل من هذا المكان. لا يتيح الاستمتاع بنوم هانئ ليلاً أو الاسترخاء
لا مثيل له على الفنادق الأخرى بنفس السعر في المنطقة.
- وكانت الوسائد مثل القرميد بدون أي تنوع. كان لدينا 8 وسائد في غرفتنا، وكلها كانت صعبة وعالية الجودة للغاية.
- كانت جميع المصابيح الموجودة في الغرفة مصابيح LED رائعة البياض/مشرقة تتلألأ.
- كان المقاعد في غرفتنا مكسورة.
- الديكور مُتَّسق وذوق رفيع.
- أنا لست شخصا مختلفا عندما يتعلق الأمر بورق المراحيض... ولكن الرجل كان ورق المراحيض الخاص به صعب.
من الأفضل أن تظل واحدة من بين العديد من الفنادق ذات العلامات التجارية الشهيرة في منطقة المطار.
