Nightmare
- Breakfast extremely modest and often empty
- Room old only partially renovated with defects in function
- No TV (available but not connected )
- Payment with local currencies of the hotel bill 5% surcharge instead of 3% with credit card....no manager to speak despite demand.
- 2 days excavator without communication (now all the loungers are in the blazing sun and we have to carry them daily in the shade)
- Bed rock hard, no toppers, we now sleep on the thin duvet
- Music until midnight through events or celebrations at the resort and from the very large hostel next door
- The size of the Garden Delux “Villa ?” much smaller than expected and described in the ad as 36 square meters, as veranda was counted among the room area. In real the outdated bungalow is only 4x5 meters including bathroom
- Fitness dirty and old (rusty) , Basic
- Water heater in shower seemingly defective (wobble contact?) because often it simply switches off and you can finish cold showering.
- Ignorant and often unfriendly reception except for Hab Rithy
- Unmaintained air conditioning
- Positive is only the daily friendly room service
Tip: do not wear white socks in the room as the floor turns reddish brown.

All right.
Very welcoming and responsive staff
We had a very good stay.
Hotel located on the beautiful beach of Long Set beach
Breakfast simple but effective.
Single room but that does the trick.
Noisy neighbors who took the time to party in the middle of the rooms...
Otherwise nothing wrong

Beautiful setting
Not much to do in the evening, quiet place.
Do not hesitate to ask for beach towels or other friendly staff.
