Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. In accordance to Federal Law 8.069/1990, minors under 18 years of age cannot check into hotels unless they are accompanied by their parents or a legal guardian. If a minor is accompanied by an adult other than their parents, it will be necessary to present a written authorization for the minor to check into the hotel. The authorization must be notarized, signed by both parents and presented together with certified copies of their identity documents. When traveling with pets, please note that an extra charge of BRL 100,00 per day applies. Please note that a maximum of 1 pet is allowed per apartment. Please note, only small dogs and cats are allowed (considering a weight of up to 10 kg and/or a height of up to 16 in from paws to shoulders) from 4 (four) months of age.
