Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. Please note, according to the Brazilian Federal Law 8.069/1990, minors under 18 years of age cannot check into hotels unless they are accompanied by their parents or a designated adult. If a minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it is necessary to present a written authorization for the minor to check into the hotel. Such authorization must be notarized and signed by both parents, and presented along with notarized copies of their IDs. All minors under 18 years of age also need to present a valid ID with photo, to prove their identity and that of his/her parents. This must be presented even if a minor is accompanied by his/her parents. In the case of a minor accompanied by only one of the parents, it is necessary to present a notarized authorization signed by the absent parent, along with a notarized copy of that parent´s ID. Please note that some bookings may require preauthorization of the credit card at the time of booking. The transfer service at São Paulo International Airport (GRU) is available hourly only in Terminal 2 – Arrivals When traveling with pets, please note that an extra charge of R$ 100,00 + taxes per pet, per night applies. Please note that a maximum of 1 pet is allowed. Please note that the property can only allow pets over 4 months with a maximum weight of 10 kilos and measure of 16 in.
