Very good!
It has a great location close to BR 101, rooms with sea views.
Breakfast is wonderful and with many options.
Some details: the bed's mattress already has a certain shape, which means it's not very comfortable, it's very crooked, and the pillows are extremely low, we had to fold them in half to sleep.
As I went in winter, the air conditioning in hot weather wasn't working... but I managed to adjust the temperature in another mode.
It also needs some structural improvements... but these are details that are apparently being implemented.
The cost-benefit is ok, despite charging 20.00 per open garage.
We will definitely return.

Good for overnight, but not for vacation
Hotel is close to highway, that means, someone of you will have problem with noise.
If you look for a nice hotel in Floripa, find something else, if you want to go to town, or beach... It's far away, so not suitable for tourist (my opinion). Anyway, i sleep well, and price is very very very low!!!
