A damage deposit of BRL 150 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. According to the Brazilian Federal Law 8.069/1990, minors under 18 years of age cannot check into hotels unless they are accompanied by their parents or a designated adult. If a minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it is necessary to present a written authorization for the minor to check into the hotel. Such authorization must be notarized and signed by both parents, and presented along with notarized copies of their IDs. Please note that the property allows one pet until 15 kg per unit and an extra charge of BRL 38,50 per night applies. Please note that only dogs are accepted as pets. All pets staying at this property must have up-to-date vaccinations.
