einfach perfekt
die waren sooo begeistert: alles schick und hochwertig eingerichtet, perfekt sauber und gepflegt, der Zugamg per schlüsselkasten mit Code funktionert easy und prompt,
kurzum: perfekte FeWo!

Very disappointed....rental not recommended
The owner does not provide a key or code for the front door of the building. You have to guess and ask questions!
We stayed outside in the middle of the night without being able to access the building! We tried in vain to contact the owner who never deigned to contact us again...even though he runs the restaurant on the ground floor!
We had to disturb other people to open up...
Apartment door closing system to be desired....
Bad smell when entering the apartment (cigarette and sewer). Let's understand better why all the windows were open when we arrived...
Bathroom:
Very nauseating smell in the shower (no siphon??), no shower curtain or door, no shelf or small piece of furniture to place toiletries.
No hairdryer or trash can.
We had to buy detergent to wash the towels which smelled very bad....
Kitchen:
No cooking on site possible without changing the pans and pots (only 1 pan literally burnt out...).
No microwave.
Well presented tea capsules for the tenant but INADEQUATE Nespresso machine!
Kitchen equipment (glasses, plates, cups, cutlery....very austere). No kitchen utensils (no bottle opener, vegetable peeler, can opener, wooden spoon, etc.)
Foldable kitchen table unusable because the foot is missing....
Very big lack of comfort for the tenants....no concern or consideration from the owner.
